Jagiellonka comes in 10"-12" cuttings. This is a lovely unbranched basket willow with fine rods reaching around 5-7' each year after pollarding. It is very like other Purpurea varieties but the rods are green with a faint red blush and dry to a pale orange/yellow. Jagiellonka is quite a vigerous purpurea which shoots out very pretty purple/red new stems with bright leaves in the spring. This willow provides interesting texture and contrast in the garden, and looks great in a summer arrangement.
