Corkscrew comes in 10"-12" cuttings. This is another of our lovely range of Matsudana?s, this one has olive green rods with red growing tips, and dries to a mid brown. This is particularly tall and elegant example which looks superb in floral arrangements and as a dried feature. In the winter the contorted stems are most noticeable and provide lovely structure and interest in the garden. This willow looks best pollarded each year to maximise its colour but it will form an attractive contorted tree if left. Like all Matsudana's "Curley" will grow into a large tree if not cut back so don't plant near buildings!
