Delivery to the UK
We do everything that we can to ensure that our willow arrives at its destination as fresh as possible. All our products are picked by hand, to order, and then dispatched within 24 hours of cutting. We normally use the Parcelforce standard 3-5 day delivery postage option.
During the season we will cut and dispatch orders very quickly and you should expect to receive them within 7-10 days of payment. If you would like to delay receipt of your order until a date convenient to you, please contact us and we will do our very best to meet your requirements.
Our delivery and prices refer to delivery to the UK only. If you wish to have willow delivered elsewhere please email us for details of terms and prices.
